By accessing or using LoomiMail, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

LoomiMail provides bulk email delivery services powered by Amazon Web Services Simple Email Service (AWS SES). We act as an intermediary platform allowing you to send emails through AWS SES infrastructure at competitive rates.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LoomiMail to:

• Send spam, unsolicited, or bulk emails without recipient consent
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send emails containing malware, viruses, or phishing content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate AWS SES acceptable use policies

4. Pricing & Payment

Services are billed at up to ₹11 per 1,000 emails sent. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days written notice. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive sending practices, or cause harm to our platform or other users.

6. Limitation of Liability

LoomiMail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 30 days.
